Preparations for true Communion

When preparing for Holy communion otherwise refered to as *sacrament* *of* *the* *Holy* *Eucharist* , the following should be taken considerably; 1. You must have examined yourself to know if you've committed any sin(venial sin)...(if in mortal sin, it is adviced you go for sincere confession before partaking in the body and blood of Jesus Christ) 2. You must check out if you have offended a neighbor or brother or sister in Christ or have been offended by them. 3. You must then clear yourself of this burden(s), this sin(s), by asking for forgiveness from God and the offended, and then if it is your neighbor or brother or sister who offended you, then forgive them and put them all in prayers (i.e pray for them that they too may repent or that God may bless and enrich them in grace and love). 4. Do well to recite the lord's prayer when it is been recited during Mass. 5. Also before leaving for the species which represents the Body and Blood of Christ, do well to recite an *act* *of* *contriction* . Do this as often as possible before leaving for the species. 6. After taking and digesting the specie, revere the sacrament with the "TANTUM ERGO" or "ADOREMUS" or any related prayers. 7. Lastly, pray for the true satisfaction and sanctification that the Holy Communion brings... After taking these steps during Mass, and after the Mass has ended, you also need to show examples and sharing of what you have just recieved by; 1. Giving alms 2. Visiting the sick 3. Visit the prisoners (especially the spiritual prisoners..ie. Prisoners under sin) 4. Intercessory Prayers for the Nations (most especially those currently in crisis) and the world in general. 5. Preach the good news to at least 2 persons every Sunday after Mass at least...(you can do this everyday but at least once a week, at Sunday or thereabout). 6. Do well to participate in church activities that day, e.g legion works, etc. These works serves as penances for unknown sins you may have committed plus there are blessings and graces attached. These steps, before and after mass (whether Sunday or week day masses), should be taken into full consideration as it will help you develop your interest and love for Him who you strongly believe and rely on... "Spread out your hands o Lord, over the world and help us to win this war. The war of minds, the war of sorrow, the war of disaster, The war against sin. Let your abundant grace given to us by the virtue of that which you have left behind for us for the forgiveness of sins, continously help us, shield and protect us from sin and continously show us the way back whenever we loose our way. Amen"
